These terms cover your use of WageWisely , operated by Vikas Prajapat. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
WageWisely is software for labour contractors. It stores your workers, sites and attendance, calculates wages, and produces statutory outputs including PF ECR files, ESIC challans, FORM A, B, C and D, bank transfer files and salary slips.
It is a tool, not a filing agent. It prepares files. You submit them, and you remain responsible for what you submit.
The workers, wages and attendance you enter remain yours. We store and process them so the service can work, and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time from inside the app, in any plan, including while your account is unpaid.
Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Charges are per company, per month, and are based on the number of workers you actually paid in that month.
Going over your plan's limits produces a warning, not a stoppage; a month already in progress always finishes. If you stay over the limit, you will need the larger plan for the following month.
Your statutory filing is never held back over money. PF and ESIC are due on the 15th of each month, and we do not make an account read-only between the 1st and the 15th for any billing reason.
After that, an unpaid account becomes read-only: you can still open everything and download everything, including your PF and ESIC files. You simply cannot enter new work until the payment is settled.
You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We never delete your records. A closed account is retained so you can come back to it, or export from it, later.
We work to keep the service available at all times and we take particular care during the first half of each month, when filings are due. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may take it down briefly for maintenance — outside filing days wherever we can.
The calculations follow the rules as we understand them, and they are tested against real filings. But the figures depend on what you enter, and statutory rules change.
Check your filings before you submit them. We are not liable for penalties, interest or losses arising from data you entered incorrectly, from a filing you submitted without checking, or from a change in law we have not yet implemented.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used unlawfully. We will tell you why. Even then, your data is retained and can be exported.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
